This is my 3rd visit here, it would appear as if general maintenance during Covid was neglected.I found the (mens) ablution block (the item most important when deciding on a holiday destination) very disappointing. There was cardboard strewn all over the floor, NO toilet paper and No sanitizer at the door. On reporting this I was told by the person responsible for housekeeping Ms Elisma Viljoen that only guests in the chalets get toilet paper, and not the rest of the caravan park ! Really ! This was said in an abrasive no nonsense tone.It would appear this person conducts her responsibilities from the office not by regular checks and visibility. So disappointing.
