Roses ordered about a month prior for a wedding anniversery were delivered only at 5pm (!) after having called at 11am and been assured that they would be delivered around 1pm. The roses were in full bloom, had brown spots and had stickers(?) on the leaves. Some roses(3) had leaves removed whereby the stem was cut so deep that the roses could not stay straight by themselves. Disappointed with the quality and service. Too expensive.

Wow is all I can say. I was completely blown away with your service. I called from Durban placed an order, made the payment and within an hour the flowers and gift were in the hand of the recipient. You guys rock. Will definately use you services again and recomend others to do the same. You will not be disappointed and the prices are good too. Thank you.

I've been using Joan's to deliver flowers to my loved ones who live in the Mosselbay area for the past year, and each and every delivery had the most gorgeous flowers. They have been helpful and awesome to work with!

It is always pleasant, nice place to meet new people and to maybe have a sleep over at the backpackers. I do visit often very often, just such a great place, friendly and the decor inside is tranquil.
