The staff were incredibly friendly and went out their way to accommodate my daughter and show her how how they do their picasso art on her hot chocolate. They have this amazing coffee art service where they put your picture on a hot chocolate or mug of coffee! Food is delicious and freshly prepared, therefore you wait a little bit for it - but it's well worth the wait. Everything is very well priced. We will definitely go back.

Great coffee, with great view and delicious breakfast. The friendly staff was also able to prepare our food with special requests which I highly appreciate.

Krotoa is a trendy coffee shop in Mossel Bay. Easily accessible with indoor and outdoor seating. It has a chilled vibe with extremely friendly and helpful waitrons. Good service and excellent value for money. Very affordable. I order the Eggs Benedict off the breakfast menu which is highly recommended and was very tasty.

Immediately fell in in love with this cute café and its staff the moment I stepped in.
Lovely quaint place away from branded plastic shops. More this sort of thing for Mosselbay, please.
They made a great cappuccino that was customized and served as if I was a celebrity...
Nice variety of snacks and beverages, vegetarian option available, very nice and welcoming atmosphere.

Service overloaded, guests not being served. The food is nothing special and not very taseful. smoothies were only brought after we had already finished eating and were about to leave. The two different smoothies both tasted like nothing. The orange juice is 80% crushed ice. The guests to the left and right of us left at some point when they didn't feel like waiting any longer for their food. Cant recommend

Very well priced! I loved the atmosphere and the friendly waiters. The highlight was a 3D printed image on my cuppachino. If I lived in Mosselbay, I'd go there very often.
