What can I say.. the waitress was,super helpful with my dad having ambulatory problems..she went out of her way to help him with cutting and preparing his meat specially. He was left unattended by his family but your staff stepped in and supported right away. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I have always loved mugg n bean but their prices have never been the cheapest but lately the prices on their cakes are just too much for me.
The food still tastes great and the hot drinks are amazing but it's just not that worth it anymore.
And it's incredibly noisy and seems to be understaffed.

Had lunch at Mu0026B on 12/07/22. Food took 30+ min to arrive even though the restaurant was extremely quiet. The gnocchi was cold and tasted leathery as if cooked in a microwave. The sesame crusted beef and veg bowl had a thick doughy crumb coating which fell off the meat. The crusting spoiled the entire meal. The bacon and egg sandwich with sweet potatoe chips was completely underwhelming. The presentation was extremely bland. The chips were limp. I am sure Mu0026B can come up with a better version of a bacon and egg sandwich. It would be good to see more effort go into the meals. I spent R579-00 and would have appreciated better from Mu0026B. Better management will ensure a business which retains customers.

Excellent service and good menu options love the south african benedict, well prepared patty that is accommodated with a mild spicy chakalaka. Desert to choice from and always fresh love the fresh muffins, a well deserved chef ???? to Mugg and Bean Langeberg

We almost always stop here when we're in the area. The service varies a bit, depending on the amount of orders coming in. Overall our experience over the years has been good. The food is great! Some dishes' servings are more generous than other, but still worth it.
