Our stay was really nice. The place is neat and tidy. The guy that worked on Friday 23th Sept and Saturday 24th Sept thank you for welcoming us in such a warm and friendly manner, and helping. And to the lady that came on Saturday morning to ask if she must come clean-thank you. To the guy that was so arrogant and had an attitude, hope all works out well for you.

Stay was ok. I was overcharged by over R1000. Was told that refund will be issued. 1 month later and i am still waiting. I
Have contacted the manager and staff multiple times and was promised that the refund will be issued. I am terribly disheartened by the poor customer care a
Especially since this was a probem created by the staffmember that overcharged me. I would definitely reconsider ever staying here again unfortunately.

Rooms are neat and clean, and it's accessible. But the walls are paper thin, and the neighbours have a string of female guests in and out of their room until 3.30 in the morning, which means zero sleep. And when you tell management, they say everything is under control. Nothing is under control. Never going back.

Good value for money, clean and. Centrally located however the one bedroom apartments are way to small and barely furnished, the marketing is misleading, showing images of the top tier rooms and only to get a room with just a bed and a chair. They really need to work on managing this place properly, proper description of the accommodation, images and price point.
