I ordered through the Mr D app and chose the option to come pick it up myself. Had to stand around and eventually had to ask to be helped, because all the staff were just ignoring me.
When I asked for my order, they had no idea about it and haven't even started making it yet. Waited another 20 minutes to finally get my food and trusted that it was the correct order, as I didn't feel like going through all my bags to check.
Got home and saw that they indeed forgot to add something to my order, that I paid for.
Just an all round bad experience and the staff didn't really help the situation either.
What's the point of being able to order and pay ahead of time, if you just have to do it all again in store?
