I am at Seattle in Fresh stop right now. The barista is rude and unfriendly. She didn't even say 'hello' to me and spoke with an attitude. After I gave her my order I forgot to tell her I wanted soya milk because I'm allergic to dairy milk. She didn't make my Seattle freeze yet so she could of just said she'll change it to soya but she told me she can't change it then afterwards she said okay she'll give me the soya. Then she told me with an attitude: "when you gave your order you should of said soya" I told her I forgot. She also didn't know much about the sugar-free items on the menu. She is inexperienced and rude.

Always a pleasure stopping here. Clean, well stocked convenience store. Friendliest u0026 most evicient petrol attendants in town. Gianco has the funniest sense of humor and a memory like an elephant. Lee went out of his way to assist with my car's fuses. I should name the entire team including the shop staff. Well done guys. One happy family.

It is a known fact, that petrol attendants are at the very low end of the pay scale in SA. Another known fact is that these attendants often work very long shifts and their safety is always a concern. So whenever one of these men or woman goes above and beyond, it becomes my duty to shine a light on their exceptional service. Last night, I went to go fill up at Caltex @freshstop, Paarl. I had to wait a bit, because they were quite busy. And then comes Willmer. Friendly, well spoken and the consummate professional. Without me asking, he checks my oil and water, my tyre pressure and cleans the windscreen and back windows for me. I know this sounds like standard service at a petrol station, but the manner in which he does it, is what stands out. He's friendly, informative and makes me feel valued. Thank you Willmer for your excellent service. Caltex is very lucky to have you! Keep up the good work!!

1. Some staff needs to be trained properly. A definite lack of customer service. If you dont feel like working with customers, rather find a job where you dont work with clients directly.
2. Try to keep to the advertised promotion, what you advertise is what the customer pay, correct.?
3. Five stars to the petrol attendants????

Worst service ever the teller can not print a bank slip for any customers if you pay with your card . She only print one for the garage and tell you the machine will not print one more. Will never ever buy anything at this garage again. No manager on the premises.
