I am absolutely amazed!!!

Pappa Grappa ticks ALL the boxes for us.

ANELE OUR WAITER:
I have not had a waiter THIS good in more than 2.5 years of us living in the Winelands Area. I would come to this restaurant just because of him!

FOOD:
Amazing taste, great value and perfect portions. I could not find ONE thing I would have liked differently.

My kids LOVED the play area, and it is definitely kid-friendly.
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and relaxed.

This might just proof to be my favourite restaurant in the Winelands area.

Decided to celebrate my mother in law’s birthday here on the first Sunday of October with live entertainment. Enjoyed the Jazz band .. they were truly great. Service was quick, food came out fast. Slow on the drinks orders but they were busy.

Enjoyed the Wilderer Gin tasting .. excellent gin and other interesting treats such as Apple Pie Moonshine … gin reasonable prices and some branded memorabilia to purchase if interested.

Lovely set up and garden area. We felt a distinct German presence with the food… enjoyed the eisbein. Overall a great experience. Mother in law loved her outing too ..

Just a pity the music was so loud we could not talk at all. But then it was the entertainment so perhaps go for the music .. not the conversation … very good though.

Had a great lunch with family. On request they had prepared our tables outside on the grass under the trees, which was nice and cool on a rather hot summer day, but also allowed the toddlers to run around and play while still easy to supervise. Good food and great service. Can definitely recommend.

The food was amazing the service was great. The staff are friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back to try more of the dishes, I was so happy with my order (chicken parmesan). The pizzas also look amazing. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

Felt unwelcome here.
We just walked in and didn't know where to go for tastings.
Two waiters walked past us and didn't even flinch to ask us anything.
Something also stank like a sewer drain.

At least the gin slushy was good!

Always a lovely time which makes me feel like I am somewhere in Europe. Awesome authentic food and beer.

They don't serve bread, but there meals are generous portions. There is a jungle gym for kids. Well priced u0026 the waitrons are very attentive. Ample parking space.
