What an outstanding restaurant experience! The food was delicious and the service was attentive. There was an entire menu for vegan/vegetarian dietary requirements. We really enjoyed the warm atmosphere in the heritage building nestled on Main Road, Paarl. Will definitely be visiting again!

Ordered on the app and was quite surprised at the 45 minute wait.
Nevertheless, I quite like Simply Asia’s food so go ahead and order 2 dishes.
I arrive to collect my order after 50 minutes, despite the app saying my order is not ready…
“It’s not ready yet, it will be another 30 minutes, is that OK?”
“Not really” I reply
“OK, let me find out, someone will be with you shortly”
I proceed to stand, unhappily, in the middle of the restaurant floor, only to be ignored for the next 15 minutes.
There are 3-4 tables seated and max 5 take aways collected in this time.
Suddenly my order gets handed to me with no apology or explanation.
It took more than 1 hour to receive my order! I know it takes longer at Simply Asia, but this is not acceptable, nor is the indifference with which i was treated at the restaurant.
Very sad to leave this review and can only hope it was an off-evening.

Have veen going to this restaurant for years. Was refused service tonight. As they said they were at full capacity due to loadshedding. Have been a loyal customer. Will never go back again.dreadfull management the way I was handled.
