The Hotel is good but it has a serious water problem and that call for a serious concern. The rooms are good and the reception is class. But recently they bought Water Tanks and soon the problem will be over.

I got there and they said they were fully booked. I made the booking through agoda online and nobody told me the rooms were sold out until I found myself confused on the front Desk. The receptionist recommended a guest house that I struggled to get ...lesson, never book online, call the place!

The rooms are amazing well taken care of the location of the area I was not too happy about

Beautiful place, but you wouldn't wanna be outside after 7pm it's not safe

Nice and very clean. However the Chisa Nyama opposite the hotel was the best thing ever in the Kzn town. Loved it to bits

Absolutely not what I expected. Worst part of town, filthy and dangerous. Luckily the hotel has security and private parking. Rooms are relatively comfortable but cleanliness can improve. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a place I will use again!
