As the mall has reopened it looks good even though it has not been finished in some parts of it, most of the shops had opened and it is safe to shop on it.

Currently phase 1 is open to the public, has range of stores especially a boxer store thats available for the public to visit phase 2 and phase 3 are near completion for other shops to re open after looting

There's a loud mall alarm that is annoying. Otherwise it's open and some renovations are still on the way.
