All in 1.. Without a drink ???? with 1 pack of ???? and 2 mash and 1 soup .... Dis is poor service oder 162.. Customers plz becarefull this ladies can rob u.... Dis KFC is out of oder????????????

I got to the drive through at 07:10 and there was no one. The drive through windows closed and lights off. The front door was open so I walked in and no one came to the front, even if it was just to say "please give us 5 minutes." Outside there is a sign that reads "24hrs".

There's no signage stating that there's no ice cream. Why is it that this KFC never has ice cream. We get stuck in the queue only to find out there isn't and the worst part is we have to wait in this long queue to exit. Simple courtesy goes a long way !!!!

Ordered a boxmeal. The chips were old and cold. The burger looked NOTHING like the advert and was tiny. No tomato or lettuce to be seen. Don't waste your time!!! Other KFC's much better.

Edit: I order and PAY on the app as it says if I don't, I'll have to wait for my order to be prepared if I pay in-store.
45min later i get there and my order? Not ready. I wait...and after waiting I'm asked to wait as they prepare part of my order...
Was the app not for convenience? Was it not to save myself the wait in-store?
An hour after I made my order is when I leave...with my order? No. Why? Its not ready. Super disappointing

nobody answers the phone. 40min calling and no answer? Really? Even the head office can't get ahold of you...please do better. Generally good but make sure your deliveries are prepared carefully. If an item isn't missing, you've duplicated an item in place of another (eg got 2 chips instead of the ordered item).

Best Advise never go in if you hungry. Took 45min to make a boxmaster because they couldn't find a fillet. If you got 60min to spare then rather order from Checkers... Its quicker.
