A suggestion to update and tidy the reception and kitchen area. The air-con was cold even at 32. I ended up using my small heater maybe to have them checked once in a whole. A suggestion to also be more friendly over the phone to make guests feel appreciated and welcomed. I loved the room.

I would like to give this place a higher rating simply because of the excellent staff. The person in charge (Blessing) is very friendly and professional. The lady who prepares breakfast is also great. By the way, the breakfast deserves a special rating on its own (at least 4.5 stars). However, the reason I can't give an overall higher rating is because of the actual accommodation. The rooms, furniture, beds, towels, pillows, linen, etc. show serous signs of ageing, wear and tear.

Terrible service! Never going back!! The room and kitchen was dirty and smelled. Paid for breakfast but they ran out of stock. The little breakfast I had was ice cold. Shame terrible place and expensive for what?

You are welcomed as the guest and leave as a friend....
A very warm, clean and friendly place to be. Staff is so amazingly helpful and can go extra extra miles to meet your needs. The place is in the centre of most of much needed areas to visit. It is easily accessible for meter taxis and Mr Delivery. They have breakfast in the house, which comes with guests choices- English, Healthy. The place has a swimming pool and a nice shady place to relax by the pool. Wifi is free and has a good reception too

This place is old and tired. I slept with a torn sheet. The floors were dirty. The aircorn was not working. I would never recommend it to anyone.
