Poor poor service, yesterday they helped 21 ppl for the whole day.lots of excuses,loadshadding we understand but when it comes vack they will tell u that where they get network they is loadshadding,you arrive at 08h00 then go home after 18h00 without being helped.it's like they pushing their own overtimes.went there for more than 4times but not helped unless if u want to print out birth certificate but with ID application and collection their system always favor their pockets.i will never advise anyone to go there.

They really are trying very hard to keep line very low. better

They are helpful and friendly. Even though they were offline for about 30 minutes the service was quick. There was no tea breaks and unnecessary delays. The other branch in the city and learn from Seshego branch. I salute them.
