This place is an absolute dump!!!
The bed was broken, the bar plays loud music until all hours with no consideration for the guests. 2 out of 3 nights there was no water, we had to go the day without being able to have a bath or shower.
The rooms were dirty and there was an old blood stain on the sheet.
The owners/mangers greet you with a cigarette in hand and only seem to get a personality when they are drinking in the bar.
Don't eat the food there either... I walked past the kitchen and saw how it was infested with flies and cockroaches! It made me feel quite ill that I had eaten food prepared there the day before.
The gate also does not work so cars are open to anyone walking past in the street.
Honestly this place does not even deserve 1 star!!!

Does not deserve even 1 star. I highly do not recommend anyone to book there. The lady who welcomed us is not professional at all.

1. They didn’t tell us there is NO WATER, rooms are dark , cold and no windows. One’s forced to open the door for fresh ai.

They play loud music during the day and AT NIGHT ????????.
The cupboards are falling apart, the Shower door is broken, there is no privacy in the bathroom, the headboards were not clean and they had hairpice ????????.

0 service . No one changes the cups or cleans the room when we leave the room

The hosts are so friendly and hospitable. The rooms accommodated the 30 people we were, very comfortably. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone visiting Polokwane.

It was the first time and the last time.
It is a dark and cold room.
The room had no windows so for fresh air you need to keep the door open.
No door in the bathroom leading to a very small room.
TV channels were most probaly only 4.
The price is far above what can be determined as fair.
The manager had to be called from the bar on our arrival. He smelt like liquor.
Will not advise anybody to stay there
