ONLINE ORDER NO 72092532 placed at 12h21# has been over almost 2hours waiting on my order. food finally arrived 13h54 at and extremely cold... this is not the first time I experience this bad service. definitely the last time I will be ordering from garlitos

Food was great. However order took 1hour to deliver. No forks or even serviettes supplied. Spoiled the experience. No sugarfree cooldrink in stock. Clearly a management problem. You only had one opportunity and you spoiled the experience.

Poor service u will wait for your food more than the waiting minutes after u get ur food double cjeck ur order as they tend to mix up orders

Galitos Library gardens service is very poor.. been waiting for my order since 13:30.
They give wrong delivery estimation time all the time how can I wait for food for the whole 2hours.
