I had a terrible stay in this place on July 2022 due to lack of hot water ???? in my room. i was in town for work but for 3 days i went to work late and went to bed without bathing.i thought it was just for a day when a mantanace guy brought hot water in my room with a bucket but when i came back from work it was the same story.The hotel was very much aware of the problem and all i was asking was to be moved to another room but they kept saying they were full while continuing allocating rooms to new guests. Jameson the receptionist was very rude when i called and suggested to be moved to another room on the third day, he kept on ignoring my calls at the reception as i was pleading with him to give me another room

The staff always makes me feel at home. Its clean great food and clean rooms. I loved the new tubs.

The place is clean and the reception staff are most welcoming. I stayed there for over 20 nights. I would suggest that the hotel implement the booking system for lunch and dinner. I would sometimes place an order and wait for over 2 hours, get wrong orders at times and the cleaning staff just popping in the guest rooms without knocking. I did not enjoy the check out system because I was checked out only to be later phoned that Imust pay - I felt I was treated like a criminal. I recommend that the hotel consider to improve the menu items

I did not stay here...traveled from CT...got lost along the way and my phone died on my way to my accommodation. It was getting dark and I needed a safe place to charge and get back on the road. One of the security staff assisted me, welcomed me in to charge my phone. This really ment alot to me. Well done you have a awesome team ????

The rooms were good and really cosy. The service was a little slow but the staff works really hard. I enjoyed staying there

Had a wonderful experience except for the load shedding and the alarm.
Staff members are very much friendly and so helpful.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Breakfast was average and parking availability was a nightmare but this will always be my choice of hotel when in Polokwane.
