Non graded budget accommodation establishment located in Polokwane City. Majority of their rooms have Television, Bar fridge, Zink and shower. Ideal for sleep over with rates ranging from R350 per night.
Located next in a walking distance to health facilities and shops.
Note: Rooms have no Aircorn but portable ferns. All rooms have been currently renovated.

Beautiful rooms bt de service u0026 system nids serious upgrade...thy only take cash no swiping machine or account 2 pay into. It wz frustrating night as I wz traveling 4rm Zim I had no cash on me so I wz expecting 2 use ma card it became a mission wn't recommend 2 n'1

The room I used was neat considering the price I paid. I didn't quite like the location though.

Having read many negative reviews about this place I still booked 3 nights. What a mistake!

Once I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. The staff seemed unhelpful/untrained and the place didn't have Wi-Fi. I also felt unsafe to stay in. The surrounding area felt really run down too. I subsequently decided I was not going to stay and moved to a different guest house.

Highly advise that no books this guest house!. The negative reviews are well deserved for this place.

The WORST. The place was clean that is the only good thing about it. The receptionist was very rude. At night it very noisy and we cnt sleep. The guy looking after the place at night dnt know where was the keys for the other gate, cos our car was low and we could not use the front gate. The bed was uncomfortable. No tea or coffee in the rooms.

The R250.00 room is a complete disaster.
Brown linen, not sure if it is clean or not
Torn pillow cases
Dirty floor
No aircon, mosquitoes singing on arrival to welcome me
Rockhard pillows and uncomfortable bed
Chipboard top table, no tablecloth with black plastic chairs.
The owner not prepared to upgrade the room as he said it is worth the price and could not even do something and said it is after hours the staff is off.
Don't book this room online especially as there is no refund. I didn't sleep there n they refused to give me my money back
