If I could give a review with NO STARS... I WOULD!
I am so tired of writing this review. It just makes me more mad every time!!! I placed a order on the 25th of September 2022. From the 30th of September me and my husband have been phoning and emailing Makro regarding my order, just to do a followup.
On Friday the 2nd of September, I have had just about enough of Makro not giving any feedback or telling us that they are waiting for Makro Polokwane or they will TRY to send my order. So, on Friday I sent a Nasty Email, because I was furious. Makro phoned me and apologized for the inconvenience and the fact that I am unhappy and said that they PROMISE to deliver my order the same day or the next day (Saturday 3rd of September).
So... here we are.. Monday 5th of September. STILL NO DELIVERY or ANY Feedback from Makro!!! I am SO disappointed!!! I have emailed, reviewed and messaged Makro on Facebook and Instagram. Still no feedback. Only thing they said today was.. "We are still waiting for Makro Polokwane..."
THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! I ordered the Item and your website specifically said delivery within 2-5 days! How long has it been and how long do I still have to wait... SHAME ON YOU!!!!
This was my FIRST time ordering online from Makro, and most certainly my LAST!!!
