Me and my kids went there on youth day 10:15 we waited in line like all the other customers, the gentleman in front of me did not want ro move forward when it was his turn, I hooted and no response the line move more forward and I hooted again. He then just ignored me. I passed him and he caused such a racket in feont of the shop that the manager asked me to order inside which I wanted as she said they will help me immediately. I got out of the car with my 2 children but when we went inside the line was at the door. Needless to say I decided to rather take my kids for a mugg and bean breakfast where we are sure not to be ill treated.

One of my family favorite fast food ????.. Just the other day they didn't have Coca Cola beverages, I enjoy my burger with Sprite. The place is always clean and now during COVID they observe all COVID protocols. Their service is excellent, the smell of their fries is mouthwatering and the taste of the bun with that pattie u0026 jalapeno ???? is to die for. The Mcflavor Fries is so spicy???????????? I love spicy food. Thanks for the excellent service u0026 products????????

Dissatisfied with their speed of service, waiting times and ice-cream.

Ordered two Oreo McFlurries only to receive one that was half filled with less Oreo. And to top it off, the ice-cream tasted like it was watered down.

Staff are rude, slow and look like they don't want to be here. Attitude and eye rolls with each customer. I've sat here for 25 min with my order showing "please collect" but it's not ready. Why do the staff lie about the food being ready if it's not? Does the computer time them or what? Its aggravated each customer in the store.

This has been my favorite Mc D @ Polokwane, but today it took me to another level????.

Bought some meals, I was told they couldn't provide any drinks cos they didn't have water, then I asked if I can buy a drink @ the garage (Total) and come back, they said yes, I was fine with it, went through with the order, came back with the drinks 2L , I just asked for 2 cups to enjoy my meal, the staff said the manager is refusing , asked if I can buy them at least, still refused. The staff was willing to assist but the branch manager kept on refusing. I had to go back to the garage and buy the cups????. Not happy at all with the service.

The food was great however the service was a whole nother story. The friendliness from the manageress was so inviting I couldnt wait to get me food and leave. I will rather be using a delivery service for them from now on.
