I stayed in room 22. We selected the more expensive room just to find that here you pay more for a bad option.
The curtains are dirty. The bed covers are filthy. The aircon is not cooling (thus not working) you are in the centre of town and have a lot of street noise as this room. ( the more expensive one ) is on the corner next to the generator. And the communal area is in the courtyard in the centre of all the rooms. So if other guests are having a good time the majority of all the other guests are kept awake.
One of my engineers got mouldy bread in his breakfast pack. I will be blacklisting this venue and won't recommend it to business people.
They sell them selfs to high and this is not the money worth. I want a discount as this is nothing more than a town lodge which I think is even better than this.

Stay away!!!!!!!

I hope I can sleep and that there are no bedbugs or other gross unseen things.
It is now 11 pm and the loud guests are still outside having a good time.

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience.

I received a breakfast pack (6:30 in the morning) with moldy bread (went to work) I went to the people that prepared my pack (17:30), they claimed that management would make them pay for the mistake. So I did not tell management.

Instead, I am telling whoever reads this review.

I really tried not to cause conflict, but it was a mistake not to. If management does read this (hope they do), then perhaps the issues would be fixed.

If there are problems in a business it is usually due to issues up stream (management or higher).

They get 2 stars for trying though, not just 1.

The rooms are clean and really comfortable. Amazing decor and ambience overall. Breakfast was even better. Just wish we could keep it open until at least 11. However this was a great stay.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Spacious unit, clean and comfortable. Great bed and pillows, with a modern bathroom. The parking is safe and spacious. I visited the restaurant and breakfast was on another level. I even got a call to advise I had forgotten something in my room. I will certainly support them again.

Good service, clean and well arranged and clean rooms at all times.
The menu doesn't give you a variety of options to choose from- that's what I saw that still not up to standard

To be honest the staff is friendly... but the place looks like it was classy back in the day now the walls are dirty the linen is very old and worn out, stains on the furniture and carpet. The place just needs proper renovations to return to its good name.
