I've been to this hotel twice never stayed over one time for a conference and early this year for a baby shower. I love their food its fresh, tastes really good. The restrooms are clean I would definitely be going back soon

The environment is clean and the rooms as well very clean and therapeutic. I love the food as well. You guys hired the best people there and I'll come with my family for a holiday again and again.

My problem on all times when I’ve slept there is the restaurant…so many incidences. Placed super order thru room service at 7:00. 8:15 I did a follow up, was told the Kitchen is extremely busy they’ll get back to me, even couldn’t estimate how much more time to wait. No one returned my call with an update. At 9:00 I did another follow up my super arrived at 9:05 cold. Even the world’s most busiest restaurants doesn’t take so long. If your kitchen cannot hold the number of rooms in your establishment, do something about it.

Best location. Next to N1 and Virgin Active gym. You also have an opportunity to jog around the Stadium in the morning and afternoon.

The place is nice, very beautiful, also the staff is very hospitable. The one thing that was a bit disconcerting was that they didn't allowing us to bring our drinks special forte

Hotel is situated close to the airport. Rooms are nice and clean. Service although friendly, is really slow. I waited over 30 minutes for a bottle of water at the restaurant, wasn't impressed.

Service so bad it borders on comical.

At writting this I am on night 2 of a week long stay; so far the experience has been so painful that I cringe and curse the travel agent that put me in this pitiful excuse of a hotel.

The only way staff could become so apathetic is due to poor, overbearing management with weak processes.

One day I will recover enough from this experience to list the many griviences I have accumulated in only 48 hours.

For now, let me go find elsewhere to eat.
