I had a horrible experience there . Me and my friends went to Plk branch in April for a birthday celebration. We took the R5000 package for 4 ppl which included stone massages,make up, photoshop, picnic set up and pool. The first thing I noticed when I entered was the dirty pool. When we asked they said it was cold n they assumed no one would use it . The make up was terrible my friend looked like a Zombie after they did her the 3 of us refused to take it n we ended up doing it ourselves with our own make up. The picnic set up was great but the food was horrible nobody ate it we just drank the champagne and had fruits. We ended up leaving without getting the massages because we were told that they are experiencing electricity cuts which they failed to communicate and reschedule. Instead they wanted to give us normal massages . The only Good thing honestly was just the photoshoot. Otherwise it was my 1st and definitely my last experience with the spar. Till now we are still awaiting a date to come get the massages each time we reach out they give us late slots as if we are being squeezed in. This is just a tactic to not give us our service that is due. Not to mention the poor staff service ????

I couldn't wait to receive our pictures before I can rate this people fearing they won't send our pics, yooo we booked their birthday special which included full body massage, mock tail, slice of cake, then we added some money for the photoshoot, we arrived 30 minutes late but we commicated with them they told us they will give us neck and back massage then do the rest OK cool cos we were late but when we got there we waited for the photographer for almost 2 hours, the place had this smell nje not nice, they gave us "dry cake," I called it a rusk cake, and gave us this horrible watery strawberry yogurt, we didn't eat it, the pool was dirty okare there were cows drinking water there, I feel scammed honestly

My boyfriend and I took couple special (we can't complain the massage was great❤).. and we paid extra R500 for photoshoot only for photographer to send us pictures but kept the most beautiful pictures and demanded R300. He could have made us choose 40 of the pictures we want but no! He chose for us and show us the beautiful pictures he kept and demanded that we pay R300 to get those pictures yoh ???? below is the pictures we were sent to pay extra R300 polokwane branch..
