VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE! They cancelled our booking 2 days before and we had already paid for the booking citing storm and there has never been any recent storm in the area.Reasons could be that we had booked via booking.com and requested us to cancel and book with them directly as the agent takes a percentage of the booking fee.Could be that they found other people who agreed to book directly with them now our booking is cancelled and we're not sure when our refund will be paid in.VETY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!
