The accommodation should improve their hygiene policies. Towels should be changed daily, particularly these days because we still have covid-19. In my entire lodging experience I was told that used towels are dried and not washed for reuse by the guest. All accommodations that I have used the towels get changed everyday. Hygiene is a basic human requirement especially in guest houses. I used their towels. When I requested for towels to be changed I was told that I had to pay R100. It was a shock to me.

Great rooms always neat and spotless, owner goes out of her way to accommodate requests.. really love my stays there when I am there for business and very good value for money too

It was bad, shower with blocked drainage, causing foot infection. Service need to be improved.

What a horrible service from Birdsview they don't like black people actually that place it for whites only..

Thank you Brenda for your wonderful hospitality! You and your family made both stays to a special experience. The second stay on our way back was like coming home.
Thanks for preparing special breakfast.
We also enjoied your facilities, the quiet place, clean rooms, well shaped garden, the pool ....

Brenda is extremely friendly and understanding. The area is quite and is exceptional for any type of stay. the rooms are clean and spacious. Birdsview is very cost-effective especially if you're running on a tight budget. I would suggest this to anyone looking for for a place to sleep at for a night or two.

Just some heavy dute abnormal loads of misqitoes other wise very friendy and peace full lovely landscape of nature and surroundings ideal for a week break way or a night over still top class accomdation parking and very much .......nothing more to ask for spar and fill up stations around in 5km
