The hotel is very beautiful. We were not sleeping there, we attended the karate tournaments in one of the halls. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the place is beautiful, neat and clean. There's a Cafe that sells some good food and snacks. There isn't much parking on the premises if there's a function, but there was parking make available just across the road.

I’ve been here from Tuesday 14 June, my experience here has been the worst Ever in any Hotel (in fact it should be called a Motel)

The staff is very friendly and the food is decent I must admit HOWEVER, the rest of the things are terrible. Firstly the rooms, the linen was never smelling fresh, the blankets are horrible it’s like you’re in Prison, there’s no hot water (be mindful it’s winter and Potch is very cold) and the heaters were not working so I’ve been freezing in their small uncomfortable beds, I even caught flue during my stay here.

This ‘’ Motel” is very old, with very old furniture. The TV only plays SABC 1,2,3 and eTV, it’s as small as a laptop screen.

This must have been the worst hotel I’ve been to in my life, for their rates especially ????

I’ll never recommend anyone to come stay here.

Very nice hotel. Did not stay there was there just for a meeting. Staff very friendly

Attended a workshop in their conference facility. Venue was very clean and tidy, chairs were adequate and staff were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately the basin in the men's bathroom was blocked, but for the rest, the bathroom was quite clean and tidy. The breakfast snacks served with the morning coffee upon arrival at the venue were scrumptious and the lunch in the restaurant was excellent. Especially delicious desert!

Rooms are outdated and Aircon made a noise not value for the money you pay.

Wonderful greeting on arrival, welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. I use a wheelchair and I experienced total kindness in helping me - through doors, carrying my breakfast ...
The building dates from the 1970s. Inside it is clean and tidy; food in the foyer cafe is very good, buffet breakfast is plentiful, we didn't eat in the restaurant at other times because we enjoyed the cafe. Decor is a little tired and is being renovated wing by wing.
I enjoyed my stay and would certainly come back.
