(Disclaimer: I have a family member who lives here): Very quiet and stylish complex. Only exception and disadvantage: As someone who comes from the city (Gauteng), I was surprised at the frequency of false alarms being set off. One Sunday morning, there were 3 (one of which was our host’s) that went off.
