Had the worst experience of my life at this KFC. Staff does not have an open communication line to inform their customers if there are any delays. One of the staff members told me that "she missed to add more stock to be cooked in the kitchen". I wasn't impressed at all. There was no visible sign of manager trying to resolve the issue. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back to that KFC. A bucket for one ordered since 20:07 was only handed over to me after complaining at around 20:49. I'd advise you to try other KFC's. Will they compensate me for the money I lost during that time, I honestly don't know if they care at all.
