The service was horrible, the staff don’t really care how long you wait. We waited 30 min for wings and then they got the order wrong. Highly upset !! Won’t come back.

Please avoid this KFC after 18:00 at all cost. Someone was attacked at this KFC recently and the security guard stood watching and did nothing. It is located near the taxi rank so it makes this a hot spot for crime. There is no point in supporting this KFC if your life is in danger.

Very slow service, i had to come out of the drive through after waiting for almost 45 minutes without being served, me and other cars

The food here is always bad. The chicken is always raw. Dirty water is always flowing from the restaurant into the N12 as it is situated right on the corner of the road. Sometimes they even run short of things like "wraps" for the wrapsta boxes. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Service was bad and that cashier(yellow bone lady) of today she was not attending us,busy fighting with the delivery driver.She doesn't respect our time.I think she should work at the back of the house.Orders were packed but not given to people who ordered.i was going to rate zero star if it was here.

Good service but 10 out 10 times the crusher machine doesn't work. Which probably isn't that bad unless you only came for I crusher like I did.
