I was admitted at mediclinic potchefstroom on the 28th of July 2022 I just want to thank the hospital for your greate service,but mostly the nurses at ward C day and night shift you deserve a thank you for all your good work.
You cared for me as if I was one of your own and helped where help was needed even the staff that is not nurses helped when help was asked.
I wish I can thank you all by name but I only got the first or last name from each of you.

Emergency unit? Arriving in ambulance and waiting 5hours only for them to say they can't help us! Terrible service and a very rude nurse!! Wil never ever use medi Clinic Potch again!!!

Very clean and friendly staff. I was admitted to ward G and by far the friendliest staff I ever experienced. Mediclinic is a model of how SA can work together (no skin color, background or language barriers). Love it! Keep up the good work team

Was admitted 3 times in the last 8 weeks in ward G, best service and care recieved, from Dr Albie Botha, nurses, cleaning staff, kitchen staff. neat, clean and tidy

Horrible! Went in with a friend who had every symptom of being spiked, the person who saw her told us to leave and told her that she was faking it. Most horrible service I’ve ever experienced. Aren’t you supposed to care about people if you’re in the medical field?

THE WORST EXPERIENCE AFTER OUR FRIEND WAS SPIKED, she was unconscious and couldn’t even stand and was throwing up so badly. He told us to leave and was so rude. Don’t recommend at all - specially in emergency!

Clean facilities and a good environment to be amongst.
