Dr Hannes Jonker did both my knee replacements and did a wonderful job. The hospital staff was helpful attentive and friendly. All in one complex- the dr, physiotherapists, bloodworks and radiology.

Had a procedure done and had to stay overnight. I complained of pain and that something was wrong but it it took over 14hrs to discover that they forgot to hang up the catheter and irrigation bags. The irony of finding these bags in my bed when they came to remove the catheter. One pain pill at 9pm that had no effect so I'm Grumpy as hell after not having slept. The pain immediately stopped when they set things up properly. Complaining didn't help in my case, with three in a room with same day post op catheters. I doubt I'm the only one and we shouldn't be charged for poor service.

To all the staff at Mooimed hospital Ward 3. Thank you for your friendly and awesome service. One can see the passion, love simpathy and empathy for the patients and your work. This is from the cleaning staff right through to the nursing staff. May God bless each and every one of you. The service was super and the food was very nice.

Very good hospital. Caring staff and had an excellent doctor (Dr Taute). Would reccomend patients to this hospital in Potchefstroom. Really pleased with the experience at MooiMed.

I made an appointment and I only saw the doctor an hour later because people who didn't make an appointment got here first. What is the point of the whole appointment system if yuu could just show up anyway.

Nice doctors though.
