This place(Fairview)...Is chaos...I would give it a negative score, due to the lack of control in this place. The "students" here are just shouting down the hallway and playing loud music at 2 am in the morning during the weekdays and its been like this for the entire year!

I would not recommend this place to any students, mostly due to the fact that most of the resident "students" are absolutely terrible, the rules aren't even a guideline to some of the residents since they just do whatever they want.

The worst place to Actually Study!

Very bad. I don't recommend it at all. It's very cold firstly. Their charges are extreme for any damage that sometimes isn't necessarily caused by you. The amounts charged are really beyond what nsfas students can afford, It's an accomodation for the privileged.

Some security guards are rude and nosy, we feel like our privacy is invaded due to the many questions they ask about our personal lives. Visiting hours also differ from one security guard to another. There's also a problem with bringing alcohol in, apparently at The Bell you are not allowed to bring in alcohol which doesn't make sense because it's my woonstel where else am I supposed to drink my alcohol if I can't drink it at my place?

Ideal for students. All in one place but expensive i suppose one has to pay if you expect quality. Very safe as well.

The rooms at some of the accommodations are really good. But this is one confusing system working here. I have a friend that stays at the bell. Visiting hours differ from security guard to security guard. Sometimes its one person per visitor, other times its two. This is unprofessional honestly. Uzo phatwa yi khanda lana, straight.????

Terrible..... It is a lovely room setting and feels like home, but noise makes the place terrible. The noise aren't being controlled and I am starting to hate it here and I really don't want to. I have complained several times and nothing has changed. We have got letters of rules but no one follows them and no one checks that the people do follow them. Why do you want to make such a nice place a living hell by not keeping by the rules or check up that the students do or when one complains about something attend to it the best you can? What happend to the serious trouble the student can get into if she doesn't keep by the rules?
I seriously don't recommend this if a student is serious about their future and their studying.

We paid deposits for 2020 on condition first chouce university does not come through.I confirmred. First choice came through and we cancelled beginning Oct as I was told. They kept 50% of our money after cancellation. People don't be in a hurry to pay them all the fares unless you are 100% you going there.
