The place looks nice and all just some information you are not told at checking, I found strands of hair in the bathroom and dust on the booklets they leave in the room. Seems the house keep supervisor did not check the room. We had a toilet paper roll that was almost finished where I used it and it was gone. It was just enough for one use. How ever it's an okay place for me

I was at the hotel to facilitate a workshop. Good, friendly service. Parking is tight u0026 takes getting used to. But a smooth process - as long as the boom works. Service in the hotel is good u0026 lunch was sufficient. Basic - as to be expected - but overall I cannot complain.

The service from the staff was great but the venue was really sub-standard. The food choices for conferencing was ridiculous! All the bathrooms at the venues had cockroaches running around. When owners refuse to upgrade and spend money on the venue it does not matter how good the service is.

Best staff, best location for access to amenities. The downside is there is no access to microwave once it goes beyond 10pm when the restaurant closes. Meaning, you will not be able to get foot heated beyond this time period. I honestly recommend a microwave station accessible to visitors 24 hours. Some of us work very late hours and the need to heat up something quickly does arise.
Otherwise, I do recommend this hotel highly!. I will certainly return to stay here the next time I visit Pretoria.

First day 12 march food was bad starting with the breakfast to lunch but 13 March they improved food was nice that feeling of being at the hotel was there. At the entrance they must ensure there is a security to direct visitors to the parking. Just like other hotels do. Visitors must not be frustrated when arriving there.
