1st time I have gone to a bike shop and felt like I was not being ripped off. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable and all willing to assist. I don't do reviews, however thought that they really deserved it. Just to add, there are many bike shops between where I live and the 80-90 km journey to their store, but it is still worth it. Thank you Bruce and team for the awesome service.

I had such a lovely experience. I sent my bicycle in for a service and after finding out that I commute to work they completed the work a day earlier than quoted so that I could cycle in on Monday. They did a professional job and the bike is feeling great, thank you!

Really very pleasant indeed. The staff were friendly effective and efficient in assisting with technical issues. The mechanic was totally on the ball and for once, I was not so much out of pocket when walking out of a bike shop.
I'll definately be back.

Don't bother going into their store... They stop you mid sentence to answer the phone and then conveniently have a 5 minute chat with the person that phones in instead of the client who is there in person!

On 2020/06/23 I bought 2 mountain bikes from the store. Staff was very helpful and I felt like a VIP. The people weighed me, took my length and did a whole setup on cycle before I left the store. I made 3 visits and serval calls while I still decided if I were going to buy or not, and each time they were friendly. They cater from the noob to the professional, with a cycle that will fit your pocket. They stock world known brand s. Thanks Bruce , Hilton and Dirk for the great service. You will definitely see me soon.

Went looking to buy a Giant Simple Cruiser. No one helped me so I went up to the counter. The grey headed guy at the till greeted me gruffly and simply said if it's not on the floor we don't have it. He didn't even offer to check or to offer to order it or anything. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks

They are expensive and don't call you before carrying out repairs. They simply just do the repair and you are expected to pay their overpriced bill upon collection :-(
