I got there and bought two meals (Dag wood and chips and their quarter leg and chips) that were supposed to take 25-30min as the waitron said. It took them over 1 hour and 15min and me going back and forth to find out what's the hold up. They told me they're still preparing the chicken and then later told me they're waiting for fries( they're out). Solly has a terrible attitude, he kept shouting at the staff in the kitchen! I then asked to speak to him and it took me me shouting his name to have him come out he then did and had a go at me which is highly unprofessional! I then asked to speak to the owner (who was not on the premises and I was asked to wait another 15min for his arrival) I asked for his number and they said he doesn't like it when they give it out. I asked for a refund and they blatantly ignored me! They then gave me these (pictures depicted), no questions if it's okay with me or anything like that. The food was cold, far from what I ordered and not even presentable at all! I'm immensely dissatisfied and disappointed!

The food was very nice. Was a lot for two people. Went on a Sat, the market there is fairly for a younger generation.

After such a long time longing to visit Flaka Cloud... I finally made it????????. Rating my overall experience 7/10. Friendly staff members, tasty food but if you are not a pork eater the menu is quite limiting. I enjoyed my meal nonetheless.

Great food,... Probably the only reason I keep going back.
Service is not so good, a bit of training is needed in that department (for waitresses). Long waits before getting orders but otherwise its worth the wait.

A bigger place(extension even) will do good, lastly a cover up for winter is a need, it's quite cold.

Came here with a group of friends for dinner and we wanted to order the "Leplanka"

Platter but they were out of most meats so that kinda sucked, they only had chicken and pork.

To top it all off our server was really not attentive to us we had to call on her a number of times to come get our drinks order.

My advise would be to rather call in and buy a take away rather than dine in. If you don't mind bad service than go and dine in.

I went there with a friend of mine to experience all they write on social media. Only to find the place extremely full with a long line as if it's a clinc. And all the people lining up were waiting to dine. So we decided to leave as no one even assured us of service. They should consider getting better and bigger place.

I went on a week day, quiet day, but waited long for the food, which was a bit cold when it came. The food is good, filling, but to avoid such situations they will need more staff to keep up with clients on quiet days too and not just rely on minimum staff
