The overall experience, horrible! but the food made it better. Firstly they were understaffed, secondly they didn't say a word to their clients about the matter until clients started complaining. The restaurant had more people waiting their order than those who were served...what a drag!

The food was nice I gotta say, a bit dry on the rice according to my friend and despite the wait, we did eat (we were done for the day).

Oh the place has only 1 bathroom, so basically females share with males and we know how males can be. But.... It's better than non I suppose. To me it says: don't dine here, order and go ????. Seriously, improve!!!!! ????

I used to be impressed by service here. Last time we went there, it was disappointing. Firstly, the order almost 30 minutes to be ready, secondly the meat we were given;some.peices were cold like they were from the fridge. We are actually taking a break from there.

Dear Galitos, I have trusted your chicken livers but today I am dissapointed. Did you hire Minister Tito Mboweni to cook these chicken livers because I can't with this garlic at all. I am your chicken livers fan, what happened to the tastey thick chicken livers without garlic?even these tomatoes will make you lose appetite. May you please don't drop standard with old recipe for chicken livers.

I was very disappointed with galitos bloed, the place was very dirty, tables not cleaned, the food looks like rubbish, no taste at all, on top of dat cashiers have bad customer care. I will never ever buy food at any galitos, is a waste of money.

Im very disappointed with galitos bloed mall i bought full chicken today lemon n herbs(take away) my order was ready within 5mins, i took my oder home n upon arrival when i decided to enjoy my chicken, i found that the chicken is so tasteless n white as if it was never marinaded. No flavour at all.. This was the worst chicken ever????????????????????????????
