Great service from Hospital Management Mr Given Makhuvele in the communications department was very helpful. I appreciated the service he gave me. Assisted me with getting information about my sister.

Sadly we travel so far so to only be able to see the patient for 15 mins only and 1 person per patient.

Spiteful and rude doctors, lack of resources and weak service etiquette. I'm totally unhappy with the whole environment, the doctors prioritise some patients over others and have this tendency of becoming bitter towards you once you ask questions about "when are they going to attend to your matter" as if you're not supposed to. I've been admitted two weeks ago and I'm watching patients I had come before being put on the emergency list before me and every time I ask to be attended they tell me. I have a fractured arm and I haven't been attended to for theatre I'm not even sure if I'll ever be operated because it is healing by the day. Coming to think of it, this is how some patients end up dying at government hospitals because we don't know our rights. I'm really unpleased by everything going on in this environment!!!!

I was in hospital after being food poisoned.was in unconscious for several days.
I would like to thank the great doctors who saved my life and my physio therapist Shaheer or Shaheen I can't remember the name.she is such an awesome soul.i rate her 5star.
She helped me to get back to my feets.
But as for nurse they were good but some yoooo

To the Gynae ward, and Dr Portia N and Dr Mnisi. All the nursing staff in the Gynae ward. Thank you for your excellent service. The hospital is always clean, the kind and friendly nursing staff, great doctors. Thank you.

The doctors are good. Rude nurses. Very slow admin staff. But one sharp lady at block 3.

Good doctors, rude nursing staff, rude security, no empathy with anybody. Apparent COVID rules but no social distancing, lot of people mulling about without masks.Pathetic.
If I had the odd R100K my father in law would be lying dying in Unitas and not in Kalafong. What an undignified way to go.

Service at block 3, I salute. The clerk lady she is active and always on time. This minimaze the queue or waiting long for specialist. We'll done Block 3 for files.
