This Kauai Branch is the worst. When it comes to the customer experience. The shorter lady is somewhat rude and gave us a difficult time with a discount we had. The taller lady is so rude and over charged me and when she sees she messed up she wants to give me the change in cash and was R3 short that she said she’d be there the following day to give it to me, come to find out she’s not there. Another time I was working out until 20:45 and I had gone to order something but the man and the tall lady tell me that they just finished closing and putting the cash away and yet they only close at 21:00. I really hope the owner looks into the staff at this branch because it horrible. Please hire new staff or get your current staff to better their customer experience. I suspect some fishy things going on between the staff because every time there’s an issue they go to the back and talk instead of dealing with the matter by the till with me.

The service at this Kauai is absolutely horrible.
The staff all look like they hate their jobs. They are rude.
Whoever is in management for this Kauai please have a chat with your staff or consider doing people a favour by removing the current staff. Because I would rather have no Kauai then receive this poor service.

The worst kauai EVER the bread is style if you don't call and insist on fresh bread. The yogurt pot had 4 pieces of fruit and it's R56 to top it off the phone rings and rings you have to call the gym

Worst order ever. Ordered a flu juice and got water with some carrot juice in and cayenne pepper sprinkled on top. There was no orange juice included. Dreadful drink! Won't go back.

Definitely the worst Kauai out there. I order from the app and select a pick up time. The order is never ready when I get there with staff always stating it was not received and them only starting to make my order when I show them proof of order. This has happened numerous times now and wastes my time. Service is terrible. I love Kauai but this store gives you a bad name.

If you are looking to be disappointed on all fronts then go to this store.
They will mess your order up, take long and the quality of the food is a bit suspect. Portion size vs price... Not worth it. Rather take your money elsewhere.

I’ve been to almost all the Virgin Active Kauai’s. This one is by far the worst. I’ve waited 10min+ just to get someone to take my order (not once, every time I order there, which is often). There is never any staff in sight. Even once they take my order, the wait is tedious. The staff is so rude, it even makes me prefer to train at a different VAs. Please do something about the horrible service.
