12:00 on a Thursday, the lady tell me she is busy. I can pay now, but only collect my order after my training session. No, I said. I’m done already - I’m leaving now. In that case I won’t be able to help you, I’m alone and I am busy. Really, while I’m the only one standing at the kiosk and there’s only one person sitting at the tables? Too busy to do business?

Tugged away in a quiet location at the near corner of Middel Street and Ribiero Street in Groenkloof Pretoria, Kauai Virgin Active Groenkloof is a very quiet place. The location houses Virgin Active. It has plenty of parking and ideal for a good takeaway. Quality of service for me is very good.

I wouldn't know if they treat the gym customers with respect and actually speak to them, but as a driver, we are ignored and the orders are ALWAYS LATE!

The lady behind the counter was SO rude! She was on her phone texting away and not helping customers.
I had to engage her and almost took upin myself to actually help others waiting for het to finish her much needed conversation on the text.
Eventually when my order was finished she stood behind the counter screaming out the order so I would go get it.
I have been to a few Kauai's over the country and this is the first time this has happened. Other places actually have the decency to bring the order to your table.
She even have the audacity to say that she is tired for no apparent reason...
This was really unprofessional from her. I will actually not even go the the gym because of her poor service.

Service is extremely slow and products are damn expensive. They let friends at back jump que and help them first. No thanks. Will never spend money here again
