Slow slow slow. I understand some times you over staffed and over worked. But this place consistently offers slow service.

It’s sad cause you use them for their convenience In the area but they always slow

This day, I ordered online and went in to collect. I waited about 7min while they all just gathered behind at the cooking area, and when I eventually got help, she took forever to find my order and assist me. Here’s proof of the empty cashier

Sowest place ever . Regret ever stopping to buy there.
Online order that took more than 15min to be prepared after paying.
Then walla wrong order is served to me

THIS is the second time we have ordered from this KFC . And both times our orders have been messed up. Your contact number doesn't work - OR you just don't pick it up?
we ordered 5 meals and got 4 , we ordered 5 drinks we only got 4.

a WHOLE MEAL went missing!!

Never Again will we be ordering from this branch.

Absolutely appalling service..

Ordered 24 wings on the 16 June 2022, my wings came short only got 20. raised this but no call was received to apologize all gone quite and your number is not working. what a bad service

I will never buy from another kfc or from this silverton branch me and my whole family has had stomach cramps and running tummys they sell old chicken since Saturday till now we still sick and I dont even want to talk about the rude staff at the kilnerpark branch its disgusting how these people treat you as if you buying food with thier money or did we ask them to go and work there thats how they act ????????????????????

They have a drive-through and a walk-in counter, but no parking. They handle load shedding poorly and communicate poorly in English. They also win the prize for the KFC that was built in the ugliest, dirtiest location and has done nothing to improve it.

Drive through was closed for breakfast. When we got to the door they said we must rather come in.... Not totally ready for service. Staff were helpful but food was not great.
