Extremely disappointed in the quality of the large Bacon, Avo u0026 Feta pizza collected from your store last week. Avocado was bad: very brown and tasted very sour. Even the avocado STEM CAP was thrown on top of pizza (for good measure?). Had to pick all Avocado off of pizza so as to not waste food. Ordered telephonically at 12:50, collected and paid for at 13:19, and photo taken at 14:06, so it is not natural "browning" as is normally expected of Avocado once cut open. Come on, people! This is not the quality of food and service expected from your store. Not convinced that I should be supporting your store in future.

This Roman's always tend to be more on the slower side. I've waited up to 45 minutes for 1 pizza pie(wasn't a busy time of day). Another time we also waited quite a while and they forgot my dad's filling in his pizza pie. Further than those inconveniences, their pizzas are good and service is mostly friendly.

I have mixed feelings about this place. As a regular customer I have purchased pizza from this establishment many times. The issue is consistency. I recall once placing an order online and paying for it, arriving 10min later than the recommended wait time, only to figure out the order was never sent through to the kitchen. This fact I had to deduce on my own, as none of the front of house staff would admit to the order not being forwarded to the kitchen. I then proceeded to wait another hour before my pizza (this was already almost two hours after I placed the order) was finally ready.
On the flip side, I have had pleasant experiences as well.

Few things that would improve the experience:
Well trained, professional staff
Working on the front of house cleanliness and neatness

I definitely love ordering pizza here.

I have found if you have a query with your order, they will check the order again and fix any mistakes (especially on busy, hectic days). I am happy with the quality service received.

I've never really ate such wonderful tasteful amazing Romans pizza ???? like yours like literally so, the crust it so lovely and crunchy , the pizza was just mouth watering my family and I really enjoyed it wouldn't mind travelling from hamanskraal to come and buy again it's the best , can they just train the other Romans on how to make pizza like they do

Ordered here but when I got home found one item missing. Called the store and they offered to not only replace but give me something extra as an apology, I just had to go pick it up. Upon arrival I had to wait another 15 minutes and sadly no extra something as promised and my order was wrong even after confirming it with the manager.

They have good service and provide a nice pizza also even tho you wait for long its worth it.
