Worst resurant ever, waited more than an hour for my food from Uber eats. Food was tasteless and they got my order wrong. Would not recommend it. It’s rubbish

Waited 3 hours for my food.
Phoned after one hour of waiting and then after another hour once again. I was told that the driver has been on his way since the first call.
The food was cold when it got here and reheating it made it wet and gross, obviously.
The store expressed how little they care when I phoned them and stated that I must keep phoning the driver to check up on him.

I know you could not care less, I just hope to motivate other people not to refer to this branch ever.

They sell simple tasty healthy sandwiches with reasonable prices. The staff is so efficient and turnaround is quick. You can order online and delivery guys comes with speed-point machine. You don’t have to carry cash around.

So I ordered a footlong Sandwich before 11:30am, so at least by 12:00 it would get to me where I work. I supposed because I ordered online they and I filled in my address they should know where I am. It should also not be an issue as they can always call me if they don't get where I am. So to cut the story short I waited for 2 Hours for just a sandwich delivery, never have I been so infuriated and highly agitated with such incompetency. I called in to ask where the driver is and the person handling the calls gave me the drivers number. I call the driver and he asks me where I am at and says that I'm not in the area I said I was in and I asked him did they not give you my address and he didn't answer me. So now I attempt to direct him and he is not listening to me. I drop the phone call and attempt to call the driver again and all I get is that UNPROFESSIONAL welcome tone, who still hires a person who uses welcome tones? Like really? I am never going to use Sandwich Baron Central EVER!

I had a terrible experience with Sandwich Baron. They don't know the meaning of service delivery. I placed an order the previous day for 11:30 the next day and I am still waiting for my order it is almost 14:00. This is very unacceptable. I will never order from them again. We have businesses to run and this behaviour puts us in a bad light.

Kagiso from Sandwich Baron Pretoria Central and the delivery guy were so efficient and professional. The platters were very delicious, we ordered for 10h00 we received at 9h15, excellent service. We will definitely call again. Lesego, IJS Salu Building.

Terrible, terrible delivery times. I ordered at 10am, it's 12 pm and I'm still waiting!
