I normally use this garage and the service has always been great, but today an attendant filled up more than I had requested and when I tried to pay my card declined that's when I realized that the money displaying on the machine was more than i had asked, he just stood there and said nothing as I was trying to make calls for the money, he didn't even apologize.
And ontop of that he wasted my time.

Worst customer experience. Lots of petrol attendants but non of them wants to help.
Won't go there again.

Worst customer experience I have ever encountered from a filling station station - Thabiso the pump attendant has a bad attitude! Definitely never stopping here again. This reinforces my belief that Engine is the best!

How petty must you be the day before, the petrol price goes up at 8 p.m. your system is conveniently offline.
You use to be my go-to file station. ????

I want to commend the manager of this Sasol at Brits Road, oustanding service he was hands on and assisted us with everything we needed the other day. I still tell my friends about this experience and wish other managers can take note. Excellent impressive service

BEAWARE
i WAS ALMOST ROBBED there just before christmas in front of the
petrol attendant and supervisor.
Complained to the manager twice but he just did not respond.
Typical...They just there for the money.
