Size (of the store) doesn't always matter.

I went to Midas willow crossing this morning to buy a bulb for my brake light and that was my first time there. I realised it does not fit and took it back to change it. I was told they do not accept electrical returns. I told them that was the first time I have even been refused to change a bulb I just bought, even in other Midas stores. Another Midas store had even changed an ignition coil that didn't work for me before. I asked why I was not told that when buying? Moreover, this was within the space of just about 30 minutes. It was obvious I have not even fitted the bulb as it couldn't even fit where the one I changed would be at all. They refused to change it still. I am not happy with this at all, and this is the first time I have encountered such service.

Have been to this store a few times now. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The parts team are knowledgeable and the promotions are very good.

Go to EASTWAY SPARES they will be more than double cheaper than this Midas. Service is poor and sales doesn't know how to speak to customers!!!

They wanted to charge me R1800 for a service kit for a i20 got it by EASTWAY SPARES for less than R500. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here!!!!!
