The Place is Desserted. Most shops are closed . It’s not what it used to be Years Back. Spare yourself the Headache u0026 Go to The Joburg CHINA MALL. U won’t find much here .

This building is mostly deserted. There are a few shops still open but most are closed. I think some shop keepers held on to the hope that this once thriving mall would become popular again. We went to Capitol Cinemas there. That was a pleasant experience. The sad part was having to walk past closed businesses. One thing I can't fault is the cleanliness of the mall. They still have a cleaning service and the floors were being mopped while we walked through to the cinema.

Poor experience. The Spar there is probably the worst one in South-Africa. Their meat and products are not fresh and VERY expensive. Definitely a no go. Rather go to Roodeplaat spar with good products, meat, friendly staff and most of all its more sanitary than Zambezi spar

My first time visiting this mall, don't know what it was but definitely not the same. Mall is like a broken down has been mall. The cinema is well in operation, very affordable and good quality movies ????. Popcorn ???? and coke was also really affordable. So it is worth the drive to do a movie for the family.

Love the movies the only problem I have is the mall it's going backwards no power (would not recommend going at night)

Most shops are closed down and seems like there is no longer anyone doing maintenance on the building. Restrooms were ok, like 5 / 10 but no door latches etc. Lacking small things. The Spar is good and some smaller shops like the Liquor shop,Cellphone shop, Pep etc But the mall itself basically has 3 chinese shops selling chinese imported items of low quality so its not attractive at all.

Visited Capitol Cinemas and enjoyed the big screen to watch Top Gun. Their prices are unbeatable.
