The lady who was helping me to fit bras at the fitting room gave me an excellent service...
She was very patient and helpful,we need more people like that
Overall, I was happy and satisfied

Yooo, the shock we had having to leave the trolley at the door and there were heavy groceries in there!
We had to carry those to the P3 when it would have been easier to push the trolley into the lift and pack our stuff into the car. Wowed never to go shopping at Woolies Sammy Marks again.

The staff is not interested in good customer service. They treat you like they’re doing you a favour.
Definitely not up to Woolies standard. Never going back there again.

Teller service is good. Limited range on food section, which is a let down. Rather opt to buy at other branches if you intend buying groceries.

The cashier E Mbhele, gave us an excellent service, we nearly buy olive oil instead of cooking oil and also advised us on how to buy veggies, she even packed all our groceries nicely. Thank you
