Great service received. Jean helped me with and RMA replacement after a Takealot supplier didnt want to swap a defective headset for me. They walked me through the troubleshooting steps and then arranged courier, conducted RMA, confirmed my unit as defective and had a replacement dispatched within a day. Really great of them to honour and RMA even though they dont directly deal with public sales!
