Why is this bucket filled with the dry pieces that nobody wants ?? Not a single drumstick or wing. Disgusting. This time, my brother bought it in person. The last two times, I’d ordered on Uber Eats and requested drumsticks. They ignored the notes. Rather use another KFC. Hopefully, they’ll be better. This place is terribly useless and the food is horrid.

Store closes 30 minutes before closing time and literally only had one crunch burger patty available, so I could only order a crunch burger, 30 minutes before the advertised closing time.

You've sealed the deal, I'm not wasting my fuel traveling to your KFC franchise again.

The best KFC in Johannesburg, hands down! I've lived in various parts of joburg and there's no better KFC than this. Their chicken is always fresh. And service is quick.

Pretty good as far as KFC goes. Food has always been consistently better quality than other branches. They are also very fast!

I just love it to frequently use the drive through as it is always a friendly voice and joyful voice taking your order and when you get to the pay point you are greeted with a beautiful smile.

Normally only get wraps and ice-cream Sundays. Hubby gets chicken pieses. Not bad service. Sometimes they don't hear the correct order.

We believe that KFC stands for Kyle's First Choice and as a result have been to many KFC stores and sad to say they normally get our order wrong but today at our first ever visit to KFC Rock Cottage they not only got the order correctly and we were treated exceptionally well.
We will be back soon!!!
