Would be better getting service from the people inside this building when I get there , not be offered a broken telephone to call and be number 17 waiting for a representative to answer my call . Why not have people with computers so that we can get problems resolved coz not everything is sorted by a phone call

I didn't get help....or can I say I was not attended. The door was closed and there's a note saying I need to call the call centre if I needed to be helped, I tried and it kept on telling me that the number was busy it cuts after that. What kind of service is that? Please ESKOM you can do better than that.....????????????

I don't know whats going on, but this thing of going live to the depo for assistance and you're told to call "agents" is totally absurd

Yesterday the 4th of Jan my eskom previous complaint regarding my prepaid metre was attended to finally,I received a call from the eskom randfontein office,a very friedly patient gentleman assisted me,it wasn't easy I must say but he stayed on the line with me throughout,an eskom technician arrived while we were trying to troubleshoot the metre to working again,the technician took over from me and within few minutes the problem was resolved.Thank you eskom,it took a while,we've suffered a while too but at the end you had this sorted out which is very important.Thank you again

Poor service delivery, been waiting for electricity reconnection for 7 days already. Contacted national call centre for several days and been told the matter is been escalated to regional office where Randfontein office is responsible, went to their office again and promised that works order is been allocated to the contractor and this matter will be sorted within 3 days. Now they aren't answering their office telephone number. This is definitely a punishment

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We are now at level 1 but this Eskom hub is still closed. An unofficial notice placed outside the office and red tape very untidily placed at the door. People are inside the office but Eskom staff laziness is beyond words. We pay for these appalling govt services and it is the reason why this country will collapse!!!!
