Horrid service. Waited almost 2 hours for deliver of 2 pizzas. Tried to call the store, no answer. Contact customer support online and they just say they will get the store to phone back. Call again, they finally answer after 8 minutes on hold and say the driver has left already. I live 2km from the store and 20 minutes later still no delivery.

Today 24th September 2022 i bought 4 small pizzas. Mushroom one was delicious but the 3four in one was bad. Other slices didnt have bacon. I wish i could have open them to return them.some was just a taste of bacon and was too dry . It has ugly smell of old oil when it was cold. . They looose their touch

POOR VERY POOR SERVICE AT TAMBOTIE MALL RANDFONTEIN. WAITED MORE THAN A HOUR AND A HALF AND NO SHOW AND WHEN I PHONED THE LADY SAID SHE WILL PHONE ME BACK BUT I'M STILL WAITING FOR HER TO CALL. THEN DRIVER PHONED DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE SHE WAS. P
I PHONED THE MANAGER AND HE SAID HE WILL FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON AND PHONE ME BACK YEAH RIGHT STILL WAITING FOR HIS PHONE CALL AND THE PIZZA ???? BAD SERVICE

Staff chat at the back while orders pile up. 40min for a salad? Honestly and when its not even peak time. I Dont recommended this branch
